Operation Sindoor vs Bunyan Marsus! Missile and drone attacks, counterattacks: IN A NUTSHELL

India-Pakistan war started after a terror attack in Pahalgaon, Jammu and Kashmir. On April 22, 26 innocent civilians were killed by terrorists. India claims Pakistan is responsible for this terror attack.

India's counterattack and Pakistan's retaliation following the terror attack in Pahalgaon, 'Operation Bunyan-un-Marsus' as a response to India's 'Operation Sindoor'. Both nations incurred losses in lives and damages to property until the ceasefire was initiated before 5 pm on Saturday.

Following this 'battle', India asserts that various infamous terrorists were eliminated in the 'reprisal' of the army. Pakistan alleges that a number of Pakistani nationals were killed in the Indian army attack. Nevertheless, Pakistan Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has ordered the ceasefire deal their 'victory'.

The war between India and Pakistan started 20 days ago - after the terrorist attack in Pahalgaon, Jammu and Kashmir. On April 22, 26 innocent people were murdered by terrorists. Allegedly, they were murdered on religious grounds. India claims that there is a Pak-Yoga behind this terrorist attack. The example was drawn to the Pulwama terrorist attack in 2019. After that, 'Operation Sindoor'.

Late at night on Tuesday, May 7, the Indian Army retaliated to the terrorist strike with 'Operation Sindoor'. Terror camps in Pakistan were destroyed, and large tracts of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir were destroyed. It is said that a number of terrorists were killed. But there was no attack on the civilian population of Pakistan. Neither was there an attack on the military infrastructure of Pakistan. The Pakistani Army, however, refuted this statement and began attacking India from Wednesday night.

On Thursday night, May 8, Pakistan attacked 300-400 drones.A total of nearly 36 cities and urban areas of northwestern India - Jammu, Rajasthan, Punjab - were targeted. India shot down over half a dozen drones while they were in mid-air. Some of them were brought down by the air defenses, and a number of them were 'neutralized'. Both sides claimed to have downed multiple of the other's warplanes. Pakistan also claimed to have downed the 'discussed' Rafale fighter jet, it said. India claimed to have destroyed the Pakistani Air Force's US-made F-16 and Chinese-made J-17.

Subsequently, the Pakistani army resumed firing on the Jammu border. Three Indians were hurt in a Pakistani drone flying over Punjab's Ferozepur on Friday evening. They belong to the same family. Two of them were lightly wounded, but one woman's condition is critical. Meanwhile, Pakistan claims that 11 Pakistani nationals were killed for India's 'unnecessary aggression'. Over 50 individuals were hurt in the Indian strike overnight. In the midst of the drone attacks, the militants attempted to sneak in via the border. On the afternoon of Saturday, May 10, there were claims of sirens, drones and missile strikes from Jammu and Kashmir into Pakistan-occupied Kashmir by both parties.

Pakistan attacked India from Kakvor. There were explosions in various locations in Jammu and Kashmir. This operation was titled 'Bunyan-un-Marsus'. It was a must to hit back after the Pakistani attack, the Pakistan Army said. Three individuals, including one government officer, were killed in Pakistani firing in Rajouri. The Pakistani shells also hit the Shambhu temple in Jammu. BSF Sub-Inspector Mohammad Imtiaz was gunned down in RS Pura. The BSF said Imtiaz, who commanded a border post, was fighting from the front.

US President Donald Trump was the first to declare the India-Pakistan ceasefire last Saturday afternoon on the social media platform 'Truth Social'.

Pakistani Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif posted a lengthy post on his X handle a few hours later.

As he put it, "We thank President Trump for his leadership and active role for peace. We appreciate America for facilitating the steps we have taken (ceasefire) in the interest of regional peace and stability." Indian Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri stated in a press briefing, "India and Pakistan have decided to abstain from all kinds of conflict from 5 pm today (Saturday)." The army convened a press briefing following the official announcement of the ceasefire by India. India indicated that the attack was premeditated on a targeted point by identifying the target beforehand. India has taken measures such that damage to the surrounding areas is minimal. But where is what! Pakistan has resumed the attack! Pakistan has turned its finger at India in retaliation for a charge of having broken the ceasefire 'agreement'.
