Operation Sindoor: 400 flights canceled! 27 airports in the country will be shut down until Saturday, which ones are on the list?

In response to the Indian Army's retaliatory move in Pakistan after the Pahalgaon incident, utmost precautionary steps have been taken at airports in the nation. The Times of India has reported that nearly 27 airports in the nation, north, central and west, have already been shut down. It has been decided to keep the airports shut down until Saturday, May 10. Not just that, 430 flights have also been cancelled on Thursday.
PTI news agency reports that Air India, IndiGo, SpiceJet, Air India Express, Akasa Air and some foreign airlines have canceled flights from different airports in the country. Indian carriers have canceled a total of 430 flights. Interestingly, 17 airports in the country were shut down after the Indian Army's 'Operation Sindoor' on Tuesday midnight. Airlines also canceled flights one after another. But after this backlash, it has been planned to shut down airports particularly in north, west and central India due to security concerns.
According to Flightradar24 information, because of this military turmoil, air traffic in the western region of India, particularly from Kashmir to Gujarat, has virtually come to a halt. International flights are also skipping Pakistani airspaces and arriving at Indian airports. As per sources, the Indian airports that were shut down as a result of this military unrest include Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Ludhiana, Patiala, Bathinda, Halwara, Pathankot, Bhuntar, Shimla, Gaggle, Dharamshala, Kishangarh, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Mundra, Jamnagar, Rajkot, Porbandar, Kandla, Keshod, Bhuj, Gwalior and Hindon airports.
