India Pakistan War LIVE Updates: Pak news channel broadcast video of Udhampur air base getting destroyed is not genuine

India Pakistan War Live Updates: Hostilities between the two neighbors have intensified to a new level. Following the approval of the IMF loan, gunfighting heightened on the border overnight, which persisted in the morning today.
The ministry of defence and ministry of external affairs, in a morning briefing, stated that Pakistan's actions are provocative and escalatory. They stated that the Indian troops in response attacked various military bases in Pakistan, including the Sialkot air base.
Pakistan used drones and fighter jets to attack military bases and civilian targets. India has insisted that it does not desire escalation but Pakistan too needs to be committed to de-escalation.
They also stated that Pakistan has been observed to shift more troops to forward positions, indicating escalation.
There is also a range of false news and disinformation that is being circulated online, which citizens are cautioned against.
The Indian military successfully intercepted air threats last night, demonstrating strong air defence capabilities. Major targeted areas were Jammu, Samba, Rajouri, Udhampur, Nagrota, Awantipora, Reasi, Poonch, Akhnoor, and areas of Punjab such as Pathankot and Amritsar. Three civilians were hurt in Ferozpur when debris from a crashed Pakistani drone hit a house.
These raids come in the wake of India's surgical military strike—Operation Sindoor—on nine terror camps in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) in response to the Pahalgam terror attack, which martyred 26 civilians.
