Elon Musk changes his X name to 'Gorklon Rust': What does this mean?

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla and a billionaire, has gotten a lot of attention on social media again after changing his name on X (aka Twitter) to "Gorklon Rust." The new name seems to be a strange mix of references, with "Grok" referring to Musk's AI company xAI's chatbot and "Rust" likely referring to the computer language Rust, which is said to be part of xAI's technical infrastructure.

There is also a prank coin on the Solana blockchain with the same name. It can be purchased and traded on various decentralised sites -  PumpSwap, Meteora and Raydium right now. Elon Musk made a big change to X's guidance system the day before the name change. He told users, You should be seeing marked improvement there.

There are other times when Musk has changed the name of a platform, he owns that made news. He used the name Harry Bolz for a short time in February, and in December, he changed it to "Kekius Maximus."

Recently, Kekius Maximus joined the crypto scene. He gets ideas from the internet and movies. The person who made the symbol mixes the famous Pepe the Frog joke with Maximus, the hero from the movie Gladiator.

Kekius is a meme-based cryptocurrency that mixes humour with parts of decentralised finance (DeFi). It was created because of this one-of-a-kind mix. KEKIUS has quickly become popular in the cryptocurrency market, even though it is based on a fairly unknown joke.

KEKIUS is a new example of how internet jokes are continuing to change the world of digital assets. It rides the wave of pop culture and DeFi trends.

Musk even changed his profile picture at that time to show Pepe wearing gold armour and holding a game mouse.
