Deepika Kakkar is undergoing 14 hours of OT, stage two of liver cancer
The doctors had informed that the tumor which was found on the left side of actress Deepika Kakkar's liver should be treated with surgery at the earliest. It was the size of a tennis ball. But the surgery got postponed. Because, some tests were pending. The physicians were unable to perform the operation until they were finished.
Successful Surgery After 14 Grueling Hours
In addition, there was a concern that cancer germs had implanted themselves in the tumor. Actress Shoaib Ibrahim, husband of Deepika had already announced that surgery would be conducted on Tuesday. Her fans were anxious. At last, the surgery was performed on that day, and it went on for 14 hours.

Shoaib expressed that Deepika spent 14 hours in the operation theatre, the operation was in progress for many hours. She is now in the ICU. Shoaib stated, "Sorry, I couldn't provide you with news regarding Deepika on Tuesday evening, the surgery was long. She was in the OT for 14 hours. But by the grace of Allah, all is well. Deepika is now in the ICU. She is stable and fine now. Thank you all, for your love, prayers and support, I am thankful. I will provide you all with an update on her health when Deepika gets out of the ICU."
