New Delhi has dispatched delegations to all countries to negotiate India's retaliation 'Operation Sindoor' in the wake of the terrorist strike at Pahalgaon. These delegations have been constituted with members from all parties of the nation. One of these Indian delegations proceeded to Colombia, South America. The government there has officially condoled the Pakistani dead in India's strike in 'Operation Sindoor'. Shashi Tharoor is disappointed with this.

The group of MPs led by Congress MP Shashi Tharoor to Colombia. They visited America, Panama, Guyana, Brazil and Colombia. The delegation is presently in the capital city Bogota of Colombia. Addressing journalists there, Tharoor asserted, "We are a bit dissatisfied with the Colombian government's reaction. They conveyed their deep condolences to the Pakistanis who died in the Indian strike. Not for victims of terrorism."

India Presents Evidence of Terrorist Burials

The Indian government had stated that following 'Operation Sindoor', the last rites of the terrorists were performed in Pakistan. Government and army officials at the top level were present there. New Delhi also provided proof in favor of this statement by presenting photographs. Tharoor also showed that photograph to the Colombian government. Besides this, Tejashwi and Milind have also clarified India's policy in different fields to the Colombian government.

Background to the Delegation's Visit

It should be noted that on 22nd April, there was a terror attack on tourists in Pahalgaon, Jammu and Kashmir. In this attack, 26 individuals were martyred. India has made a number of actions pointing fingers at Pakistan for the attack. The Indus Water Sharing Treaty has been put on hold. Following this, India carried out a retaliatory action in Pakistan on the night of May 6. Various terrorist camps in Pakistan were targeted and destroyed. Pakistan also responded. The two nations' war has lasted for four consecutive days. On May 10, India and Pakistan accepted the ceasefire. India later dispatched all-party delegations to both nations to clarify 'Operation Sindoor'. The Indian delegation has toured several nations, including United Nations Security Council member states.
