Time Is Something You Create, Not Find

In a world that thrives on excuses of “no time,” Hrishikesh Pandey chooses a different approach. “Time doesn’t appear magically you have to create it,” he says with conviction. “People think they’re too busy to enjoy life’s small pleasures, but those little moments are what truly make life fulfilling. Whether it’s sharing a cup of tea with loved ones or simply sitting by a window and watching the rain, these moments stay with you far longer than the deadlines you rush to meet.”

Falling in Love with the Rains

For Hrishikesh, the monsoon is more than just a season; it’s an emotion. “I never avoid traveling in the rain; I embrace it. I love stepping out, feeling the rain on my face, and laughing like I did as a child. That innocence, that carefree spirit, it should never leave us no matter how old we get,” he smiles.

He often takes off on impromptu trips the moment his schedule allows. “It could be Mahabaleshwar, Matheran, Lonavala, Igatpuri, or even Goa if nature is calling, I’m on my way. I don’t overthink or wait for company. Sometimes I fly, sometimes I drive, but I just go. Those journeys keep me alive.”

Travel Light, Live Free

Even for his quick getaways, Hrishikesh believes in keeping it simple. “My phone is always with me for photos and essentials. I pack my swimming trunks and comfortable outdoor clothes, and that’s it. You don’t need a big plan or too much luggage to enjoy life. You just need the willingness to go.”

Living Like a Child, Always

Hrishikesh’s outlook is refreshing in its simplicity: “Life doesn’t need to be perfect. It needs to be lived fully, presently, joyfully. Keep that child inside you alive, laugh when it rains, travel when you feel like it, and don’t wait for the right moment. These little things are what make life big.”

With a spirit that thrives on spontaneity and a heart drawn to nature, Hrishikesh reminds us that joy isn’t found in schedules or plans—it’s hidden in those fleeting, overlooked moments we often forget to live.
