Raid at Mannat: Shah Rukh Khan Accused of Violating Coastal Renovation Rules
Renovation of Shah Rukh Khan's extravagant bungalow 'Mannat' in Mumbai has been underway for months. The 'King' of Bollytown has begun the maintenance work of the bungalow by shifting elsewhere. But while conducting the renovation work, Shah Rukh has apparently disobeyed the coastal area renovation rules. Such a complaint has been registered against him to the Forest Department and the Mumbai Municipal Corporation.
Joint Inspection by Two Departments at Mannat
On Friday, the staff of the two departments of the Bandstand area went together to check Mannat. On this issue, it was later informed by a senior officer of the Forest Department to the media that the two departments went in together to raid Shah Rukh's bungalow after hearing the complaint of unlawful renovation. According to the information gathered, they will prepare and submit a report soon.
Shah Rukh's Team Denies Allegations of Illegal Work
But the close associate of the producer-actor has refuted the issue. He mentioned that no unlawful renovations are happening. Everything is being done according to the guidelines. The employees who are working in the renovation of Mannat have already informed the two departments' officials present that they will deliver all the paperwork regarding the renovation of the bungalow to the concerned department.

While this, the news of the administrative raid on Mannat, has kicked up a storm in Bollywood. It is also heard that the other day, ex-IPS officer and lawyer YP Singh had claimed that the structural outline of Mannat was inspired by the classical 'Villa Vienna' structure. The two bungalows are designed exactly the same way. A day after the complaint by the ex-IPS officer, forest and municipal authorities were seen at Shahrukh's bungalow.
