Samantha Ruth Prabhu has done it again! The teaser trailer of her upcoming movie, Maa Inti Bangaaram, was released on January 9, Friday. It has everything that makes up for a perfect family drama: strength, vulnerability, and bonds.

The trailer itself invites the audience to explore a narrative deeply rooted in emotion, resilience, and the everyday dynamics of family life.

Samantha Tries Her Hands at Production

For the unversed, Maa Inti Bangaaram is backed by Samantha herself, as she sits in the producer’s chair to helm the film set against a realistic backdrop. Acclaimed filmmaker Nandini Reddy also reunites with Samantha for this film after their previous collaborations. Their camaraderie as experienced filmmakers is sure to add an extra dimension to the vision of the family drama. Producers Raj Nidimoru and Himank Duvvuru also join as executive producers.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has always been vocal about her thoughts. Speaking about the film, she said earlier, “Maa Inti Bangaaram tells the story of a woman whose strength comes as much from her vulnerability as from her courage.”

She continued, “Playing this character and nurturing this film as a producer has been an incredibly fulfilling journey for me. The world of this film is rooted and emotional with a narrative style dedicated to being family first and slice of life whilst maintaining its quirky, edgy energy.”

Samantha was last seen in Shaakuntalam and Kushi, and both films couldn’t create much magic in the audience’s hearts. Now, it is yet to be seen whether she can win back the older audience with her acting prowess in Maa Inti Bangaaram.
