Amitabh Bachchan purchases land in Ayodhya at sky high cost
Ever since the construction of Ram Mandir, Ayodhya is one of his favorite destinations. So Amitabh Bachchan purchased a land in Ayodhya for the fourth time. It is known that even this land is very large in size. Big B has been investing in land and real estate for the past one year.
A Growing Presence in Ayodhya Real Estate
It is also known that this 25,000 square feet property is quite near the Ram temple. There is another upscale property named 'Saryu' nearby. The actor has invested around Rs 14.50 crore there too. Prior to the opening of the Ram Janmabhoomi temple, i.e. January 22, 2024, he acquired a 5372 square feet property for Rs 5.54 crore. This time, he invested Rs 40 crore in the property he acquired.
Recent Investments and Future Plans
But that is not all. The trust of Harivansh Rai Bachchan, father of the actor, also owns 54,000 square feet of land. It is presumed that Big B can construct a memorial of his father on this land. Alternatively, a bungalow of the Bachchan family can be constructed on the acquired land.
