Akshay kumar is facing complex legal problems without doing any 'Heraferi'
A part of Bollywood asserts that Akshay Kumar is contending complicated legal issues without doing any 'Heraferi'. The issue is becoming increasingly complex after Paresh Rawal distanced himself from 'Heraferi 3'.
Paresh Rawal's exists
Paresh Rawal had already declared that he no longer desired playing the character of 'Babu Bhaiya' in 'Heraferi' and had walked out of the film. He had also returned the advance of Rs 11 lakh with 15 percent interest. He had produced documents as evidence. Even then, the production house had lodged a case of Rs 25 crore against him. Akshay himself had sanctioned the authenticity of this report.
Rights Dispute Surfaces
It was also brought to light in the media that similar to Akshay, the owner of the film is producer Nadiadwala. He has still not relinquished his part of the rights to Akshay. Following this news going public, doubts are being raised regarding the future of the movie.
Director Refutes Producer's Claim
Akshay himself is not the owner of the movie, Priyadarshan, the director of the movie, says that Nadiadwala is lying. He is not a part of this film anymore. During the first two hit franchises, the actor-producer purchased all the rights of 'Hera Pheri' for a one-time fee of 10 crores.
