The drive, organised by the Ambedkar Education and Employment Training Centre with support from other bodies, is open to candidates from marginalised and economically weaker backgrounds.

The programme kicks off on weekends, every Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., at the training centre in Chennai. It is tailored to assist aspirants in systematically covering the TNPSC syllabus, understanding exam formats, and honing analytical skills through lectures, group discussions and mock tests. With more than 14 years of experience, the initiative has so far helped over 1,300 students obtain state and central government jobs.
