The newly signed agreement came into effect in November 2025 and is valid for a full year.
The property has consistently attracted tenants because of its location and spacious layout. In 2023 it had been leased for ₹5 lakh per month in the first year and ₹5.25 lakh in the second year. Over the two year period, the earlier tenant paid a total of ₹1.23 crore. Financial Details of the New Lease
According to property documents, the tenant has paid a security deposit of ₹20 lakh. The registration for this lease involved a stamp duty of ₹17,100 along with a registration charge of ₹1,000. The Ongoing Inheritance Dispute

The dispute centers around a will dated March 2025 which reportedly transfers the entire personal estate to Sunjay’s widow Priya Sachdev Kapur.
